The Moroccan government has revealed the 2026 budget project, which includes all the details of the state's expenditures and resources, including employee expenses, which represent a large part of the state budget.
According to official figures, the potential employee expenses during 2026 are estimated at approximately 195 billion, 331 million, and 137 thousand dirhams, including 26.20 billion dirhams as the state's contributions to social security and retirement systems. This increase is noticeable, as in 2025, these expenses were around 180 billion, 270 million, and 681 thousand dirhams, which means that the 2026 budget will see an increase of 8.35%. This growth reflects the state's commitment to covering salaries and financial dues for employees, as well as continuous investments in retirement and social security systems to ensure the stability of employees.
