Younes Ben Slimane, the parliamentarian for the National Rally of Independents party, praised the work of Fouzi Lekjaa, the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, and the significant role he played and the achievements he made, both as a minister and as the president of the Football Federation.
Ben Slimane said during his intervention on the sidelines of the detailed discussion of the Finance Law in the House of Representatives: "Yesterday and until recently, many people were criticizing you, about travels, about money being spent. I remember in 2014, everyone was criticizing you, and today everyone is praising you." Ben Slimane added: "Why did the position change? Because you work and have made achievements. We must be proud of such competencies, and I would like to thank Lekjaa who made us happy with the Under-20 World Cup that our children, who represent the Z generation indeed, brought home."
