Currently and within the framework of expanding the Marchica project in Nador and with a view to this place becoming a high-end destination, provide it with all the required options so that it is a recreational space of the best aspirations, with all the qualities that can push it to become a suitable place for high tourist inspirations… a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the development of a real estate and tourist project on the Atalayoun site, with an overall cost estimated at more than 800 MDH, was recently signed between the company Marchica Med, a subsidiary of the Agency for the development of the Marchica Lagoon site, and HB Holding NV, a holding company specializing in real estate investment and new technologies, so that this tourist site combines modernity and respect for the environment, while promoting the natural and cultural heritage of the Region.

Also, this project provides for the construction of high-quality infrastructure in front of the existing marina, including a 4-star hotel of approximately 130 keys, premium residences and villas, as well as landscaping respecting the principles of sustainability and preservation of the local ecosystem.
