The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, today, Thursday, scattered rainfall in the Atlantic plains north of El Jadida, the Rif region, and the north of the Eastern region, and locally on the Mediterranean coast.
Fog patches will also be observed locally on the northern Atlantic coasts, and the northwest of the southern provinces of the Kingdom. The weather will be somewhat cold locally with frost during the morning in the Atlas Mountains and the eastern high plateaus, with somewhat strong winds in the eastern region and locally on the Mediterranean coast. Minimum temperatures will range between minus 4 and 02 degrees in the regions of the High Atlas, between 02 and 08 degrees in the Rif, the eastern high plateaus, and the rest of the Atlas Mountains, between 12 and 16 degrees in the desert provinces of the Kingdom, and between 08 and 11 degrees in the rest of the country. Minimum temperatures will experience some increase east of the Kingdom. The sea will be calm to slightly choppy on the Mediterranean coast and the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly choppy to rough along the Atlantic coast.
