King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman, on the occasion of his country's celebration of its National Day.
In this message, the King expressed his warmest congratulations and best wishes to Sultan Haitham bin Tariq for good health and happiness, and to the fraternal Omani people for continued progress and prosperity, under his wise leadership. The King's message stated: "I seize this opportunity to renew to Your Majesty my deep appreciation for the distinguished fraternal relations that unite the Kingdom of Morocco and the Sultanate of Oman in various fields, which derive their strength from the continuous care that we both give to strengthening and elevating them to the optimal level that we deem appropriate for them, in the interest of our two countries and our two fraternal peoples."
