This Sunday morning, "Tiktoker" known as "Moulinx" appeared before the King's Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal in Tangier.
According to available data, the young man, who was arrested two days ago at Marrakech airport and transferred to Tangier security, is being questioned as part of the investigation into the arrest of the other "Tiktoker" Adam Benchkroun and his mother.
"Moulinx" has been placed in custody pending the King's Prosecutor's decision regarding his prosecution on bail or arrest.
November 25th has been set as the date for the start of the Benchkroun and his mother's trial sessions, after the completion of the detailed investigation with the mother.
The accused's mother faces serious charges, including exploiting her formerly minor son to produce pornographic digital content, human trafficking, as well as her involvement in repeated disputes with neighbors and exchanging insults, which prompted the judicial authorities to issue a decision to place her in the local prison in Asilah pending the start of the trial before the Criminal Chamber.
As for the accused's son (A.B), the Public Prosecution decided not to have jurisdiction and referred his file to the King's Prosecutor at the Primary Court in Tangier, to prosecute him for misdemeanors related to public indecency and filming and broadcasting pornographic content, in addition to other violations related to digital content that affects public order.
