HIBAPRESS – Rabat
Fouzi Lekjaa, president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, confirmed this Tuesday morning at the Mohammed VI Football Complex that the Moroccan national football team represents a living model of cultural and social diversity, indicating that the team resembles the United Nations in its composition.
Lekjaa explained, on the sidelines of the international conference organized under the title "Sport as a Lever to Promote Human Rights: What is its Impact on Societies," that the team includes players who speak 6 or 7 languages and come from more than 10 countries, with each player representing a different culture, customs, and daily life. He added that this diversity is not limited to the technical aspect only, but extends to learning and collective coexistence, which enhances human values such as respect, cooperation, and understanding between different cultures.
