The Tangier Court of Appeal witnessed, this Tuesday morning, the arrival of the TikToker known as "Moulincx" and the mother of the TikToker Adam Benchkroun, for the legal confrontation between them in a human trafficking case.
"Moulincx" had previously been arrested at Marrakech airport before being transferred to Tangier, where he faces serious charges related to human trafficking. Also being pursued in the same case are Adam Benchkroun's mother and son on similar charges including human trafficking, publishing of pornographic content, prostitution, insult and defamation, along with a number of other serious charges. This hearing comes as part of the judiciary's follow-up of the suspects in one of the cases that has attracted public attention on social media, given the fame of the parties involved and the type of charges against them. The trials and investigations continue to reveal all the circumstances of this case and determine the responsibilities of each party, in accordance with the legal procedures in force.
