A sanitation worker at a company commissioned for the sector died a short while ago on Wednesday afternoon, following a horrific accident at the Harbil waste disposal site, belonging to the Tamensourt commune in the suburbs of Marrakech.
According to HIBAPRESS sources, the accident occurred while the sanitation worker was emptying the truck, before being surprised by the closing of its automatic door, which caused him serious injuries to the head that ended his life immediately. After being notified of the accident, elements of the Royal Gendarmerie in the Tamensourt brigade arrived, and they opened an investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecution, while the body of the deceased was transported to the morgue for a medical autopsy.
