This morning, a local authority agent in charge of Darb Qabala in the Kasbah district poured his anger on the head of the Kasbah administrative annex, where he thundered and foamed and threatened to escalate matters and drag everyone into questioning.

A Moroccan citizen also submitted a video tape documenting with sound and image a bribery incident whose protagonist was the arrested local authority agent, where he is shown receiving 1000 dirhams. The accused local authority agent is expected to be referred to the disciplinary council and confronted with the facts attributed to him in light of a fierce campaign launched by the Internal Affairs Department of the Marrakech-Safi region against local authority agents involved in violations that affect the concealment of illegal construction.
