HIBAPRESS – A. Mahyoui
Within the framework of efforts to protect vulnerable people, especially during the severe cold wave experienced in the city of Midelt and other regions of the Kingdom, a second humanitarian campaign was organized on Tuesday, December 2025, to shelter the homeless without shelter, supervised by the head of the administrative annex of Souk Al-Ahad in the city of Midelt.
In this context, a homeless person who was suffering from the harsh cold and lack of shelter was transferred to the Dar Istiqbal Al-Moussinin institution, which is managed by the Islamic Charitable Association, where he was received in appropriate humanitarian conditions. The sheltering process included providing the necessary care for the beneficiary, by bathing him, and providing him with new clothes, in addition to allocating a bed equipped with clean blankets, in the presence of the Regional Director of National Cooperation, Mr. Al-Madani Al-Moumen, and the institution's staff, with full respect for the dignity of the beneficiary and ensuring his health safety. This humanitarian initiative comes in the context of the difficult climatic conditions experienced by the region, which are characterized by a sharp drop in temperatures, which poses a real danger to the lives of the homeless, and requires the combined efforts of various stakeholders from local authorities, civil society and social institutions.
