The National Agency for Real Estate Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography recorded a remarkable financial and institutional outcome during the year 2025, reflecting an exceptional performance confirmed by the official figures presented during the meeting of the Agency's Board of Directors, held last week, in the presence of the Minister of Agriculture and the Minister of Industry and Trade.
The Director General of the Agency, Karim Tajmouati, revealed that the institution injected approximately 7.5 billion dirhams in favor of the state treasury, including 6.5 billion dirhams that were transferred directly to the general budget, which strengthens the state's resources and highlights the pivotal role of the agency in supporting public financial balances. On the technical indicators level, the same official stated that the conservation operations covered more than one million hectares in various regions of the Kingdom during the current year, with the issuance of about 430,000 real estate deeds, thus recording an increase of 15 percent compared to the year 2024. The registration operations also recorded a record number exceeding one million operations, in addition to the creation of about 150,000 real estate deeds in the rural environment, in a step that reflects the continuous dynamics of the agency in generalizing real estate conservation and supporting territorial development, especially in rural areas.
