HIBAPRESS – Mohammed Manfalouti
The regional road linking Settat and Ras El Ain, passing through the vicinity of the Oulad El Msanawi school at the eastern entrance to the city, is witnessing an unprecedented traffic flow and excessive speed of many cars, taxis and trucks with overloaded loads, which has become a nightmare that worries parents as they accompany their children towards the doors of educational institutions during entry and exit periods.
"HIBAPRESS" has witnessed more than once large trucks and taxis passing like lightning without respecting traffic signs and without respecting the sanctity of the surroundings of educational institutions, while concerned parties and zealous associations demanded the need to install speed bumps to preserve the safety and security of users of this road from pedestrians. While others appealed to the concerned authorities to tighten control along this road and allocate monitoring points to ensure the loads of these trucks, which will negatively affect the remaining infrastructure of this road section, which is considered one of the vital arteries in the region.
