Tunisian media personality and sports critic, Wael Fattoush, expressed his refusal to be a "trumpet" for criticizing Morocco's organization of the African Cup of Nations competitions.
Fattoush said in a post published on his Facebook page: "From now on, so that everyone knows… I will never be a voice or a trumpet for criticizing Morocco's organization of the African Cup of Nations."
He added that the opening ceremony was "dazzling, enjoyable, and wonderful," explaining in the same context that "the Rabat stadium is very beautiful, as if you are watching a match from the major European leagues."
He continued: "Those who have envy or hatred towards Morocco should leave it far from me… Morocco, for me, is a brotherly Arab country that I praise and love, and there is no reason to criticize it or criticize its organization of a tournament without reason… I hope the message has been received."
