The Judicial Police in the Anfa district of Casablanca have arrested the Algerian fan who appeared in a video documenting him urinating in the stands of the Prince Moulay Hassan Stadium in Rabat.
The Algerian fan posted a video documenting his behavior, which he justified by the great pressure he experienced during the match that brought together his country's team with its Congolese counterpart, within the framework of the round of 16 of the African Cup of Nations.
Informed sources revealed to HIBAPRESS that the person concerned was arrested in Casablanca, pending his referral to the competent Public Prosecution, to reveal the circumstances and details of the mentioned video clip.
Moroccan activists had launched a wide campaign on social media, through which they demanded that the authorities arrest and deport the Algerian fan because of his disgraceful behavior.
