The famous Congolese fan, Kuka Mboladinga, known as "Lumumba's Statue," left Moroccan soil this Thursday afternoon, heading to his country via Salé International Airport, setting off towards the capital, Kinshasa, thus putting an end to his journey, which received great attention and sympathy from the Moroccan fans.
The Congolese fan published photos of himself from inside Salé International Airport, through which he sent messages of thanks and gratitude to the Moroccans for the warm reception and support he received throughout his stay in Morocco. Sports and fan activities had called for keeping Kuka Mboladinga in Morocco until the end of the Africa Cup of Nations, after he turned into a remarkable fan phenomenon because of his unique way of cheering, which received widespread praise inside and outside the stadiums. The Congolese fan is known for standing for the entire minutes of the match without moving inside the stands, where he embodies a symbolic scene by embodying the statue of Patrice Lumumba, the first prime minister of Congo after independence, in a strong expression of national belonging and pride in the historical symbols of his country, which earned him the respect of the fans and aroused the admiration of the followers.
