On the occasion of the 82nd anniversary of the presentation of the Independence Demand Document, the Secretary-General of the Istiqlal Party, Nizar Baraka, chaired on Sunday, January 11th, from Bouznika, remote meetings that took place in all regions of the Kingdom at the same time and day, in addition to a gathering of Moroccans residing in France.
The Eastern Region meeting, which was organized in the city of Oujda, was attended by Omar Hejira, a member of the Executive Committee of the Istiqlal Party, representatives of the region in the House of Representatives, and party inspectors in the region's provinces. This major meeting was also attended by representatives of all party organizations and Istiqlali elected officials at the level of all provinces belonging to the Eastern region, in addition to a significant participation of the sisters and brothers, the Union of Moroccan Workers, as well as members of the party organizations in Oujda.
Since the announcement of the Year of Youth by the Secretary-General of the Party on January 11, 2025, and after a year of dialogue and meetings with young people across all regions of the Kingdom.
On the occasion of the 82nd anniversary of the presentation of the Independence Demand Document under the slogan "A Rising Morocco with the Will of Promising Youth," the launch of the January 11 Youth Charter was announced by Secretary-General Nizar Baraka.
