HIBAPRESS – Mohammed El Harouali
The recreational complex of the Ministry of Justice in Marrakech hosted on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, the opening of the continuing education seminars for judges organized by the Court of Appeal in an organized atmosphere reflecting the care that the presidency of the Marrakech Court of Appeal gives to continuing education as an investment in judicial human capital and a pillar for modernizing the justice system, with the attendance of judges and advisors from various courts of the appellate circuit.
This program comes within the framework of efforts to improve judicial performance in line with the general trends of the judicial authority, which makes continuing education a basic pillar for unifying judicial jurisprudence, and it is supervised by Al-Mostafa Ait El Haloui, the First President of the same court. The opening session was devoted to a training session on the issue of evidence in cases of renting places intended for residential use, a topic of practical and legal importance given the multiplicity of problems raised before the courts. The opening of this session was supervised by Mohamed Al-Amin Al-Jabri, the Vice-President of the Court of Appeal in Marrakech and in charge of training. He affirmed that this year's program aims to enhance specialization, as well as to unify judicial visions and keep pace with legislative and jurisprudential developments. Aziz El Aaroui, a consultant at the Court of Appeal in Marrakech, took over the scientific framing, presenting an in-depth legal presentation on the means of proof in residential rental disputes. He recalled the legal texts framing and the judicial rulings issued by the courts of the subject and the Court of Cassation. The symposium witnessed the participation of judges and consultants in charge of civil law from the courts of Marrakech, El Kelaa des Sraghna, Ben Guerir and Amintanout. The discussions were distinguished by responsible professional interaction, as experiences were exchanged and judicial approaches related to daily practice were unified. The organization of this symposium comes in line with the directives issued by the Court of Cassation, which emphasized the importance of continuing education. The symposium emphasized the unification of judicial jurisprudence and the consolidation of judicial security, which enhances the litigants' confidence in justice.
