The courts of Fes witnessed this week a new movement of appointments and promotions within the ranks of the Public Prosecution, affecting a number of judicial frameworks that have accumulated significant professional experience, within the framework of continuing the implementation of the reform dynamics that the justice sector is experiencing.
In this context, Mr. Adnan Al-Mutafawwiq, who held the position of investigating judge in the First Chamber at the Primary Court of Fes, was appointed as Deputy to the King's Prosecutor at the same court. This appointment comes as a culmination of his professional career and what he has shown of competence, discipline, and good management of the files presented to him during his work in the judiciary.
This movement also included the promotion of Ms. Ibtissam Al-Bakkawi, Deputy to the King's Prosecutor at the Primary Court of Fes, to the position of Deputy General Prosecutor to the King at the Court of Appeal in Fes, in a step that reflects institutional confidence in her professional performance and her ability to manage the cases presented to the Public Prosecution, in line with the requirements of the stage and the size of the responsibility.
In the same framework, Mr. Rachid Al-Mazkaldi, the First Deputy to the King's Prosecutor at the Primary Court of Fes, was promoted to the position of Deputy General Prosecutor to the King at the Court of Appeal in Fes, after a professional career characterized by legal rigor and commitment to the principles of justice, especially in criminal cases.
These appointments and promotions fall within the general trend aimed at enhancing judicial efficiency and ensuring the proper administration of justice, by assigning positions of responsibility to judicial competencies known for their integrity, seriousness, and commitment to the ethics of the profession.
These changes are expected to contribute to strengthening the performance of the Public Prosecution at the primary and appellate courts in Fes, which will positively reflect on the quality of managing judicial files and serving justice and citizens.
