The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, today, Friday, the continuation of rain and rain showers in the Rif, Tangier region, Loukkos, the Gharb region, Sais, the Middle Atlas and the plain of Al Mass.
The sky will be cloudy most of the time with rain in the Atlantic plains north of El Jadida, the High Atlas and the north of the eastern region. The weather will remain partly cloudy with scattered rain drops in the Souss region and the phosphate plateaus.
The Directorate also expects to record somewhat strong winds in the northwest, the Mediterranean coast, the Atlas and the eastern region.
Minimum temperatures will range between 1 and 05 degrees in the High Atlas, between 07 and 10 degrees in the Rif and the High Plateaus, and between 10 and 14 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom.
Daytime temperatures will witness a decrease in the northern Atlantic plains, the eastern region, the Atlas, the east of the Mediterranean facade and the far south, and will rise slightly in the rest of the other regions.
The sea will be slightly choppy to rough on the Mediterranean facade, rough to very rough in the Strait of Gibraltar, and very rough to very strong between Larache and Sidi Ifni, and rough to very rough south of Tan-Tan, and will be locally slightly choppy to rough between Tarfaya and Laayoune.
