The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports announced on Tuesday the adoption of the digital platform for distance learning "TelmidTICE" to ensure pedagogical continuity in educational institutions where studies have been suspended, based on the warning bulletins issued by the Directorate of Meteorology.
A statement from the Ministry stated that the digital platform "TelmidTICE" for distance learning has been made available to students and teachers in the concerned educational institutions, including leading institutions, based on the warning bulletins issued by the Directorate of Meteorology, and in the interest of the safety of students, educational and administrative staff, and the pioneers of educational institutions. This measure also falls, according to the statement, within the framework of activating the recommendations of the vigilance cells at the regional and local levels, and implementing the regulatory provisions governing distance learning (EAD) and pedagogical support mechanisms, aimed at ensuring pedagogical continuity. The same source explained that this digital platform provides digital resources that have been approved by a pedagogical team of educational inspectors and specialized staff, with the adoption of smart indexing that enables female and male learners to follow lessons according to their chronological and weekly sequence, and ensures ease of use, smooth browsing, and accessibility through various available digital devices. The Ministry highlighted that the "TelmidTICE" platform allows access to the digital services available to it for two categories of users: teachers through their professional accounts "taalim.ma", and female and male students using the "Massar" code, ensuring the safety of access and securing the digital services provided, noting that access to the filmed digital lessons is free of charge, and without consuming internet balance (Zero Rating), via a unified digital interface available on the web at the following link: https://telmidtice.men.gov.ma.
