HIBAPRESS – Fikri Ouldali
Today, Friday, Tinza village in the Ketama commune witnessed a soil erosion incident that affected a house, as a result of the heavy rainfall that the region experienced in recent hours.

According to local data, the force of the rain caused the soil to soften and slide towards the vicinity of the house, which left a state of fear and panic among the residents, without, fortunately, any loss of life being recorded so far.

This incident brings back to the forefront the issue of the fragility of the geological structure in a number of villages in the Ketama commune, especially during periods of climate fluctuations, which requires a proactive intervention by the concerned authorities in order to monitor the situation and take the necessary measures to protect the population and property.
