The Fez security directorate reacted with great seriousness to a video posted on social media pages, showing people possessing white weapons and exchanging violence in the public street in a neighborhood of the city of Fez.
The investigations and inquiries carried out in light of this video clarified that the matter relates to a case handled by the judicial police unit in the Bensouda security district in the city of Fez, where police officers were able to arrest two of the suspects. The suspects, aged 23 and 27, were subjected to a judicial investigation conducted under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office, in order to reveal all the circumstances, details, and backgrounds of this case, before they were referred to justice on February 12th, while investigations and inquiries are still ongoing to arrest the remaining alleged perpetrators in this case.
