According to the "Hashtag" website, which published the news, ministry employees have circulated details of a birthday party held by the person in question for the central official inside one of the offices of the Ministry of Tahraoui.
The same source نقلs that the relationship between the two concerned goes beyond the personal aspect to the professional aspect, where they work in a coordinated manner to decide on important administrative decisions that include dismissals and appointments that have affected a number of officials.
The movements of those concerned, adds the same source, have sparked great controversy and tension within the corridors of the ministry and have caused a state of dissatisfaction and resentment among the cadres and employees who have begun to feel worried about the decisions of dismissals and random changes which use favoritism instead of efficiency.

In a related context, a source told the newspaper that the "heroine" of the aforementioned birthday is not an advisor in the office of the Minister Tahraoui, but rather holds the position of an expert, this position, which is appointed by the head of government and allows its holder to benefit from an "important" monthly salary that exceeds the minister's own salary and great privileges that exceed the advisor's mission.
