HIBAPRESS. US President Donald Trump announced that major American defense industry companies have agreed to quadruple the production of advanced weapons, with the American military operation "Epic Rage" against Iran entering its second week.
The White House resident said on his social network "Truth Social" after a meeting with the most important American defense industry companies, "They agreed to quadruple their production of high-tech weapons," adding that the United States possesses "an almost unlimited stockpile of ammunition" of the low category, such as those currently used against Iran. A document published by the US Central Command for the Middle East (CENTCOM) on Friday stated that the United States had targeted more than 3,000 sites since the start of its attack on Iran. The command explained that the targeted sites include military command and control centers, air defense systems, in addition to Iranian ships and submarines. The US President had affirmed, hours earlier, that any possibility of reaching an agreement with Iran remains contingent on Tehran's "unconditional surrender," considering that the United States will not take any other option into consideration.
