The General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration celebrated, on March 9, 2026, its female employees working in various central departments and prison institutions, along with the National Institute for the Training of Executives and its branch in Ifrane, within the framework of celebrating International Women's Day.
This occasion was a special moment to honor the employees, in appreciation of their efforts and daily sacrifices, and their active involvement in the success of programs aimed at enhancing the security and reform dimension of prison institutions, in line with the modern trends of the sector's management.
This initiative comes within the context of the continuous care that the General Delegation gives to the female element, through the adoption of a gender approach in human resource management, working to raise the percentage of women's representation, qualifying them to take on responsibilities, and actively participating in implementing the various reform projects supervised by the institution.
The event witnessed the distribution of bouquets of roses to the attendees, in addition to allocating a symbolic gift that included employees, retirees, and the widows of employees, in addition to cleaning staff, which consisted of purchase vouchers whose value was disbursed through bank transfer, expressing appreciation and gratitude for their professional and humanitarian contributions.
As in previous years, the occasion included a raffle to benefit from a trip to perform Umrah, for the benefit of a number of employees and retirees, in addition to one of the cleaning staff, in an initiative that received great appreciation and reflected the social and solidarity dimension of the institution.
