93 workers at the Ryad Mogador hotel in Agadir continue to wait since July 2023 for the execution of a court ruling issued in their favor after they were subjected to arbitrary dismissal. Despite the ruling, they have not yet been compensated, which exacerbates their living and family suffering.
The workers sent appeal letters to the concerned authorities, demanding the activation of the ruling, while the matter reached the Parliament, which inquired about the procedures to ensure their compensation.
This case confirms the fragility of mechanisms for implementing judicial rulings and highlights the importance of intervention by the competent authorities, led by the Ministry of Justice, to quickly ensure the rights of workers and preserve the credibility of the legal system.
