National coach Mohamed Wahbi confirmed that the young player Bouaddi is one of the promising names that the technical staff of the national team is closely following, stressing that the player expressed his love for Morocco and that things are progressing positively with him. This was during the press conference held today, Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, dedicated to announcing the national team list for the friendly matches against Ecuador and Paraguay.
Wahbi explained that dealing with rising talents requires a great deal of gradation, adding that Bouaddi is still in the development stage and no pressure should be exerted on him at the present time, so that he can pave his way naturally within his football career.
The national team coach pointed out that the Royal Moroccan Football Federation continues its work in following a number of young players inside and outside Morocco, within the framework of a strategy aimed at securing the future of the national team with promising elements capable of making a future addition.
The national team is preparing to play two friendly matches, where it will meet the Ecuador national team on March 27 in Madrid, before facing the Paraguay national team on March 31 in the French city of Lens, as part of a preparatory program through which the technical staff bets on evaluating the current elements and opening the field to new names.
