The Court of First Instance of the city of Benslimane has set the date for the first trial of those involved in the exploitation and abuse of “the young woman Kenza”.
The court decided to open the hearings in the trial of the employer and her husband next Thursday, August 1.
The court prosecutor had ordered the monitoring of the employer and her husband while they were under arrest, after finding that the young woman, Kenza, suffered fractures and injuries of varying severity to her hand, spine and head, in addition to a permanent disability to her ear.
