A citizen named (Ismail B…S) submitted a complaint to the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal in Nador, accusing one of his relatives of "involvement in acts related to forgery in official and customary documents and their use" in the language of the complaint.
According to the content of the received complaint, "the dispute relates to a number of properties located in El Aroui, in the Nador region, including agricultural lands and urban properties (a house and a well-known hotel)", where the complainant claims that he is the rightful owner of them, while the accused, according to the complaint, "disposed of them based on documents suspected of being forged." The complainant explained that these actions caused a previous judicial dispute that ended with a ruling in his favor, before the disagreements continued due to what he considered "the use of forged documents and the disposal of others' property without legal basis." The complaint also indicates "the existence of suspicions of forgery in signatures and documents, including power of attorney and sales contracts, with the accused being accused of disposing of the properties without the consent of their owners or legal authorization from them." The complainant demanded the opening of a thorough and comprehensive investigation, which includes examining the documents subject to the dispute, hearing all parties, and arranging legal responsibilities, at a time when local public opinion is awaiting the outcome of the Public Prosecution's investigations into this case.
