HIBAPRESS
Fatima Zahra Al-Mansouri, Minister of National Territory Planning, Urban Planning, Housing, and City Policy, chaired the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Al-Omrane Group to review the 2025 results and approve the work program for 2026, praising the group's rising performance and emphasizing the continuation of the reform dynamic that began in 2023.
Al-Mansouri affirmed that the achieved results did not come by chance, but rather are the fruit of strengthening governance, restructuring, and a clear definition of tasks, in line with the High Royal Instructions and the recommendations of the new development model and the national dialogue for urban planning and housing. She explained that the Al-Omrane Group continues to strengthen its position as a leading public preparer, active in organizing the real estate market and producing decent and affordable housing for the benefit of all citizens. The statement highlighted that 2025 was a decisive milestone for consolidating the gains of the structural transformation adopted by the group, where its revenues reached 7.023 billion dirhams (+8% compared to 2024) and a turnover of 5.872 billion dirhams (+9%), and the total investments increased to 7.690 billion dirhams (+42%). In the field, 22,893 new housing units were launched and 26,874 units were completed, reflecting an unprecedented acceleration in the pace of production. The statement indicated that the group adopted an effective commercial strategy, through which it succeeded in valuing the old real estate stock and reducing it by 45%, and strengthening its financial stability by reducing total debt from 8.907 billion dirhams in 2022 to 7.292 billion dirhams in 2025, in addition to forming a strategic real estate reserve that covers the needs of the next ten years. The group also actively contributed to the implementation of major public programs, including the cities without slums program, urban rehabilitation, the development of emerging centers, housing support, and the rehabilitation of informal neighborhoods, in addition to its national mobilization to address the effects of the Al Haouz earthquake. Al-Mansouri concluded by saying that the recorded results confirm a qualitative shift for the group, and renew confidence in its ability to combine economic efficiency and the social dimension, and the effective contribution to integrated territorial development, with a commitment to continue this dynamic in the coming years.
