The city of Erfoud was shaken in the last hours by a horrific traffic accident that occurred at the entrance to the Palace of Maadid, after a large taxi overturned that was providing a transportation trip between Rissani and Rachidia, leaving painful human losses.
According to local sources, the accident resulted in the death of three people at the scene, while a number of others were injured with varying degrees of severity, which necessitated their rapid transfer to the local hospital in Erfoud to receive the necessary treatments.
Immediately after being notified of the incident, elements of the Civil Protection and local authorities rushed to the scene of the accident, where the site was secured and first aid was provided to the injured, in addition to organizing traffic, which was affected by the accident.
