As part of implementing its strategy to enhance the positioning of the Kingdom of Morocco among high value-added tourist destinations, the Moroccan National Tourism Office announces the conclusion of a strategic partnership with the Canal+ group, in order to produce and broadcast an audio-visual program dedicated to golf tourism and the introduction of various destinations in the Kingdom.
This cooperation comes within the context of the international promotion dynamic led by the Office, which is based on developing high-quality media content, capable of highlighting Morocco's tourism qualifications and enhancing its attractiveness to targeted international markets, especially in the specialized tourism sector. In this context, the two parties are launching the program "Izi Driver Maroc", an audio-visual production that aims to shed light on the national golf offering, through an innovative approach that combines sport, tourism, culture and lifestyle, according to a modern and immersive vision that reflects the richness and diversity of the Moroccan tourism experience. The program reviews the most prominent destinations in the Kingdom, through a field tour that includes a number of the most important national golf courses, in addition to highlighting the cultural, natural and human heritage that abounds in various regions, reflecting an integrated and attractive image of the Moroccan destination. This program is presented by the French comedian and actor Thomas Seraphin, with a dynamic communication style that keeps pace with the aspirations of a wide international audience, while ensuring the provision of content that combines the entertainment dimension and the promotional value. The program consists of eight episodes, each 15 minutes long, covering a number of strategic destinations, including Marrakech, Rabat, Casablanca and El Jadida, Agadir Taghazout, Fez, Tangier and Saidia, highlighting the diversity and richness of the Moroccan golf offering and the characteristics of each region. The program is expected to start broadcasting from mid-April on the Canal+ Golf channel, which will ensure wide media coverage for Morocco, and target a quality segment of international tourists, especially those interested in golf and luxury travel. This partnership falls within the framework of the efforts of the Moroccan National Tourism Office to consolidate Morocco's position as a reference golf destination internationally, and to enhance its presence among the most prominent global tourist destinations.
