The Achaal Coordination for the Defense of the Population's Right to Land and Wealth, has called for a protest in front of the Parliament in Rabat, to protest against the increasing encroachment on the lands and properties of the population in the Souss-Massa and Guelmim-Oued Noun regions.
The coordination said in a statement received by "HIBAPRESS" that the protest, which will be held on April 26, 2026 at 2:30 PM, comes to denounce what it called the "delay of the authorities in protecting the population" and "rejection of Law No. 113.13." The same body explained that the protest also comes to affirm adherence to the "four demands of the coordination," calling on citizens to "attend in support of the population affected" by the "grazing mafia" in the provinces of Sidi Ifni, Tiznit, Taroudant, Chtouka Ait Baha and Tata.
