The political bureau of the National Rally of Independents party commended the responsible and balanced work carried out by the government in confronting a difficult international context characterized by rising energy costs and disruption of supply chains. The government has managed to maintain price stability and protect the purchasing power of citizens through practical and direct interventions, especially through supporting transport professionals and continuing to subsidize gas and electricity prices.
The Political Bureau, in its meeting held on Monday, positively noted the indicators presented by the various governance institutions in our country, which confirm the control of low levels of inflation, the preservation of macroeconomic balances, and the increase in economic growth rates, despite external pressures.
The Political Bureau also praised the government's continued implementation of major structural reforms, especially the generalization of social protection, the reform of the health system, and the reform of education and training, considering them strategic projects that establish a more equitable and sustainable social model.
