HIBAPRESS – Fikri Ouldali
One of the main streets in the city of Imzouren is experiencing a deteriorating situation that angers the residents, as it has become, over time, a clear symbol of daily suffering that is worsening without any tangible indicators of its rehabilitation and restructuring on the horizon.
The residents, who have long awaited the repair of this street and the improvement of its condition, found themselves facing a reality completely different from the promises made on previous occasions. Every time the talk of the imminent start of work renews, the situation on the ground gets worse, amidst the continuation of neglect and the spread of foul odors that increase the suffering of citizens.
The residents confirm that the promises to rehabilitate the street are becoming repetitive without finding their way to implementation; sometimes it is spoken of the start of work next month, and at other times the situation is linked to the initial phase of work, but the passage of time without tangible change has made citizens wonder about the fate of these promises and the real timeline for the project.
According to the residents, this is not merely a cosmetic improvement of the road, but a demand related to the quality of life, environment, and safety within one of the city's main streets.
In light of this situation, the citizens' demands are renewed for a serious and responsible intervention from the concerned authorities, and to reveal the truth about the rehabilitation project, its implementation deadlines, and the measures that will be taken to address the current situation, instead of just making new promises that do not find their way to reality.
