The Administrative Court removes Bouderika from the presidency of the municipality of Mers Sultan.

The Administrative Court of Casablanca approved, this Monday, the request of the governor of the prefecture of Mers Sultan, Mohammed Bouderika, to dismiss him from his post of president of the municipality of Mers Sultan.
The Court ordered the dismissal of Bouderika from the presidency of the Mers Sultan municipality in Casablanca, after noting his absence from the workplace for more than 3 months.

The governor of the prefecture of Mers Sultan had previously informed Mohammed Bouderika, president of the council of the municipality of Mers Sultan, of the need to justify his absence from his functions since January 10, granting him a period of 7 days to resume his duties. work from the date of the correspondence before making the decision to dismiss him.
