HIBAPRESS – Abdelatif Baraka
A new book by the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal in Agadir, Abdelrazzak Fattah, titled "Features of Modern Administrative Management in the Work of the Public Prosecution: Strategic Management and Dashboards," has recently been released. It addresses ways to modernize judicial administration, enhance governance, and improve the efficiency of performance within justice institutions.
The book, published in 2026 with a preface by Hicham El Blagui, Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation and Head of the Public Prosecution, presents an approach that combines strategic planning, performance measurement, and the use of indicators in managing files, setting priorities, and rationalizing human and material resources, thereby contributing to improved decision-making, results tracking, and addressing administrative imbalances.
The author also highlights the role of digitization in developing judicial work by improving information flow, facilitating tracking and evaluation, while emphasizing the importance of human resource development, data protection, and ensuring professional confidentiality.
This release comes in the context of the reforms that the justice system in Morocco is undergoing, highlighting that modernizing the work of the Public Prosecution is not limited to legal and organizational aspects, but also requires adopting modern management methods that transform planning and data into practical results, while safeguarding rights and freedoms and respecting the independence of judicial decisions.
