A large number of students are experiencing problems related to benefiting from the scholarship, in the absence of any official clarification from the concerned authorities regarding a number of cases that have caused widespread dissatisfaction among those affected.
The most prominent of these cases relate to students who have transferred from vocational training to university institutions, or vice versa, in addition to students pursuing training at the baccalaureate level, but the scholarship platform classifies them as "specialized technicians", which has caused a number of them to be deprived of benefiting from the scholarship or complicating their administrative files.
A number of students have confirmed that these problems have caused significant material and psychological damage, especially in light of the high cost of living, and the expenses of rent, transportation, and study, considering that the scholarship is no longer an additional privilege, but rather an essential means to ensure the continuation of study in appropriate conditions.
The affected students also expressed their astonishment at the continuation of these imbalances without issuing any statement or official clarification that explains the reasons for these problems or specifies the possible procedures to be followed to address the pending files, despite the increasing number of complaints and the multiplicity of cases registered in various cities.
The students demand that the competent authorities urgently intervene to clarify the situation, do justice to the affected, and find practical solutions that guarantee equal opportunities and do not deprive any student of their right to benefit from the scholarship due to technical or administrative problems.
