A statement from the Minister of Interior clarified that this meeting comes in implementation of the high instructions of King Mohammed VI, the Supreme Commander and Chief of Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, regarding taking the necessary measures to integrate the new group of recruits. The meeting was chaired by a judge, head of a chamber at the Court of Cassation, in the presence of representatives of the concerned government sectors, in addition to military and security services, institutions, and governance bodies represented within the committee. According to the same source, the meeting determined the criteria to be adopted for extracting the lists of young people, both male and female, concerned with military service, taking into account the classification and ranks determined by the competent military authorities. The statement indicated that the lists to be prepared will be forwarded as soon as possible to the military authorities, in order to initiate the procedures for summoning the recruits and integrating them into military service at the specified time.
