Moroccan champion Khadija Al-Mardi qualified this Wednesday morning for the quarter-finals of the boxing competition at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Al-Mardi qualified for the quarter-finals after beating Britain’s Chantelle Jordan-Reid in a 75kg bout.
Khadija Al-Mardi will meet Australian Parker in the quarter-finals.
If Khadija Al Mardi wins in the quarter-round against the Australian Parker, she will guarantee a medal for Morocco at the Olympics, whatever her result in the semi-final.
