The implementation of the judicial reform project is arranged on six priority axes, in accordance with the constitutional provisions governing freedoms and rights, and within the framework of the implementation of the recommendations of the Charter of Justice Reform and the recommendations of the New Development Model.
Also, this bill includes a set of legislative innovations and substantial amendments, within the framework of a new, integrated and coherent law, which accompanies the international procedural legislative evolution. It includes in particular innovations related to the implementation of the positive role of the judge in the management of cases, the consolidation of judicial efficiency, the implementation of the principle of the unity of justice, the rationalization of appeals, the guarantee of the pronouncement and execution of judgments within reasonable time limits, the organization of international judicial jurisdiction, the attributions of the enforcement judge, the implementation of the contents of electronic justice, the digitalization of judicial procedures, the organization of conciliation and mediation, and the concretization of the independence of the judiciary.
