Paris Olympics.. Jordanian Zaid Abdel Karim wins silver medal in Taekwondo

Jordanian champion Zaid Abdel Karim won the silver medal in the men’s 68kg taekwondo category at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games today, Thursday.

Jordan’s Abdul Karim won the silver medal after losing the final match in two unanswered rounds to his Uzbek competitor, Rashitov of Uzbekistan, who won the gold medal.

In the same weight competition, China’s Liang Yushuai won the first bronze medal after his British competitor Bradley Sinden withdrew.

Brazil’s Edival Pontes won the second bronze medal with a 2-1 victory over Spain’s Javier Perez.
