A number of former workers and employees of the "Mokador Medina" hotel institution in Agadir have sent a correspondence to the Prime Minister, requesting his intervention to resolve their social situation and enable them to benefit from their rights, after a process they said has exhausted a number of administrative and judicial procedures.
The workers explained, in their correspondence a copy of which HIBAPRESS has, that they had previously submitted requests to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) to settle their situation and benefit from unemployment compensation. However, according to the content of the correspondence, their files were not processed as they had expected, despite their following various procedures and knocking on the doors of several concerned institutions.
The workers also raised difficulties they said are hindering the implementation of final court rulings issued in their favor, demanding that the Prime Minister intervene with the competent authorities to expedite the execution of these rulings and settle their situation, as well as to consider their files at the National Social Security Fund.
The signatories of the correspondence affirmed that their demand stems from the desire to obtain their legal and social rights, expressing their hope that their case will receive the necessary intervention, thereby ending their suffering and opening the door for a final resolution of their situation.
