Local activists are calling for increased surveillance and the taking of necessary legal measures against those involved, while strengthening awareness campaigns on the importance of preserving public property and facilities, as they are part of the amenities that serve the entire population.
Curbing this phenomenon remains contingent on the concerted efforts of local authorities, territorial communes, and citizens, ensuring the preservation of the cleanliness of cities and the maintenance of public facilities from acts of vandalism.
