Local authorities began on Wednesday morning the implementation of a demolition operation for unlicensed floors within the Al-Sabah commune, affiliated with the prefecture of Skhirat-Témara, as part of interventions aimed at confronting violations of urban planning and haphazard construction.
This operation took place in the presence of representatives of the local authorities and the Royal Gendarmerie, targeting a number of floors that were constructed haphazardly without obtaining the necessary permits, according to available data.
This step is part of efforts to enforce respect for urban planning laws and confront illegal construction, contributing to curbing the spread of urban violations and ensuring adherence to the regulations governing the construction sector.
