A nightclub in the tourist resort "Marina Saidia" witnessed a fierce fight late on Saturday night, September 12, between a girl and one of the club's patrons, which ended with the victim being transported to the emergency room in critical condition.
According to available field data, the verbal dispute between the two parties escalated into a direct physical assault, with the girl receiving a strong blow to the head using a glass bottle intended for a "shisha," causing her severe injuries.
Following the incident, the injured girl was quickly transported to the local hospital in Saidia for first aid; however, the nature and severity of her injury necessitated her immediate transfer by ambulance to Al-Daraq Regional Hospital in Berkane for necessary treatment and precise examinations.
While the competent security services have launched an urgent investigation to determine the full circumstances and details of this incident and assign criminal responsibility, this incident brought to mind the painful assault that the region witnessed last August, which claimed the life of a young man from the Moroccan community residing abroad.
