Preliminary results of the legislative elections in the Beni Mellal constituency showed Maryam Ouahsa, the candidate for the Progress and Socialism Party, winning a parliamentary seat, according to provisional data following the completion of part of the vote counting process.
According to the provisional results, Ouahsa was able to achieve a leading result that enabled her to secure one of the parliamentary seats allocated to the constituency, thus granting the Progress and Socialism Party parliamentary representation for Beni Mellal. The results come at a time when vote counting and tallying processes, along with the compilation of reports from various polling stations, are continuing amid anticipation of the final results from other electoral constituencies.
