Attention is also being drawn to the leadership of the districts and local authorities to assess the effectiveness of field monitoring and mechanisms for liberating public property, especially since the issue has become, according to several residents, present in more than one location in the city.
Observers believe that addressing this problem should not be limited to sporadic campaigns, but rather requires continuous and clear monitoring, with the application of the same rules to all exploiters, and ensuring that the exploitation conforms to permits and legally defined spaces.
Between the demands of professionals and the rights of pedestrians, the main challenge remains to protect public property and regulate its exploitation in accordance with the law, so as to preserve the city's aesthetics and ensure smooth citizen movement without harming legitimate economic activities.
