The Royal Moroccan Football Federation, the OCP group and private sector partners signed, on Tuesday in M’diq, a partnership agreement aimed at creating a special fund to finance and develop training and raise the level of emerging talents.
In accordance with the high directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, calling for the establishment of good governance, the adoption of the principle of transparency and the launch of investments in infrastructure and the human component, this partnership will aim to support the efforts made at the national level to develop football and excel in this field, by relying on the work carried out in collaboration with partners in order to develop and modernize training centers located in the Kingdom of Morocco and to enhance them with modern equipment managed professionally and with precise technical expertise.
The establishment of the fund allocated to training is based on an “economic model” based on the training of high-level players and their integration into professional teams, which ensures the sustainability of this project, by creating a limited and specialized company under the technical supervision of the National Technical Administration of the Royal Moroccan Football League.
This fund will finance the practical management of training centers, based on a new model in this field, and excellence while professionally training young talents.
As part of this partnership, this fund will finance training centers to ensure excellence in training young talents in a professional manner, in addition to their contribution to improving the societal integration of young people and the development of sporting values.
